How to create student reports with 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Design your own report template.

Below is an example of the template editor where you arrange your list of all possible report comments before you start entering student reports.

  • You may use the word "*student" anywhere in your template, it will be automatically replaced by the student's first name during Step 3.
  • Insert or delete a category anywhere in the list.
  • Use our huge library of comments so you don't have to type your own in. View sample from library
  • Change the wording of your comments or category titles at any time.
  • Any personalized comments for particular students can be entered in Step 2.

Step 2: Enter reports by simply "clicking" on appropriate comments.

  • choose either the "Male" or "Female" button for each student, and all personal pronoun references will be exchanged accordingly during Step 3. (i.e. "he" changed to "she" etc.)
  • Insert personal comments anywhere in the report.
  • Omit any categories that don't apply to a particular student by clicking "Not applicable".

Step 3: Generate all reports in your preferred format.

  • Your final reports output can be a list of phrases or in paragraph form
  • Specify where new paragraphs should begin
  • Output any of the category titles you choose
  • Copy file of generated reports to any word processor for printing or final editing (if necessary)
The final stage of the Report Designer is to load the complete file of generated reports into your own computer for you to print.
